Terms of Service
✿GENERAL✿
> I won't accept any form of NFT & AI usage.
> The listed prices are for personal use only (no reselling and commercial use).
> Please contact me beforehand if you're planning to use the work commercially.
> I have the right to decline the offer if I'm not comfortable with it.
> WIP/progress will be sent through DM.
> Default canvas: 2000 x 2000 px 300 dpi.
> For maximum performance, please provide me with detailed, to-the-point references and/or reference sheets.
✿PAYMENTS & ADDITIONAL FEES✿
> Available payment methods: Paypal, ko-fi (international); Gopay, Spay, Mandiri (local).
> Payment must be made upfront before or after the sketch deal.
> Revisions will be charged 50% of the base price.
> Commercial use fee (merch, monetized property) will be 3x of the base price.
> Semi-commercial usage fee (stream asset, marketing, profile picture for business/vtuber account, etc.) will be 2x of the base price.
> Rush order fee will be 1.5x to 2x of the total price depending on how fast the delivery time becomes.
✿REVISIONS✿
> Free 3x minor revisions, additional charges (30% of the total price) will be added past that.
> Major revisions can only be done on sketching progress (50% of the total price.
> Won't accept any revisions to the finished art.
✿DEADLINE & DELIVERY✿
> Turn around 7 to 14 days after the sketch deal (can be more or less, depending on the difficulties)
> The client will be informed if there is any delay.
> Feel free to ask me for updates via DM.
> Finished work will be sent via email or through Drive.
✿INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS✿
> I reserve the right to use the finished work for my portfolio, commission sheet, samples, etc.
> I reserve the right to upload the watermarked commission work on my social media for promotional purposes.
> The client must acknowledge and credit me as 'kenarami' as the original creator/artist.
> Client can't resell or take profit from the finished commission work, except for full commercial commission.
✿REFUNDS✿
> A full refund will be given prior to sketching progress.
> After the sketching progress starts, a refund can be given 50% of the total price.
> Refund is not permitted after I finish more or 75% of the work.
> If I failed to meet the deadline without any further confirmation from me, client is eligible to have a full refund.
